A repair should start with the path the water used to enter the RV. Roof seams, vents, skylights, AC openings, windows, doors, trim, plumbing and exterior joints can all allow moisture inside. Restoring the damage without correcting the source can allow the problem to return.
Soft, swollen or spongy flooring can indicate moisture damage below the finished surface. We assess the floor structure, subfloor and surrounding materials to determine how far the damage extends and what must be removed or rebuilt.
